Each such Community Stores can be established on a 800 sq.ft to 1000 sq.ft space inside the apartments. Each such stores will require 1 stores-in-charge (Intrapreneur) and 3 employees. This is very much a sustainable and profitable model with an investment of Rs.15.00 lakhs, including rental deposit.
